MCF explained
Our Monthly Commitment Fee (MCF) secures your registration with BHS Dental. It helps fund extra capacity so we can see more patients and ensures fair access to appointments, even when demand is high.
MCF is not an NHS charge, not insurance, and it doesn’t replace NHS treatment fees or affect any NHS exemptions you’re entitled to.
When you register with BHS, you secure your oral health for at least 24 months with our contracts.
Our treatments follow the nationally set NHS charge bands, updated each April. Here’s what each band covers, so you know exactly what to expect.
Exam, diagnosis, advice, X‑rays, scale/polish if clinically necessary

If you’re in pain or need urgent dental care, we’re here to help today. We offer same‑day emergency appointments for both registered and unregistered patients, subject to availability. Registered patients can book directly online, and unregistered patients can access private emergency care with our transparent pricing.
